Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

   – You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.  

2. Conditions:  

   – The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.  

   – Original tags, certificates, and accessories (if any) must be included.  

3. Non-Returnable Items:  

   – For hygiene and spiritual reasons, Rudraksha beads, malas, bracelets, and pendants cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.  

   – Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return:

   – Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.  

2. Return Approval:  

   – Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the product.  

3. Shipping the Product:  

   – Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our team.  

   – You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

1. Inspection:  

   – Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.  

2. Refund Approval:  

   – If the product is approved for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Method:

   – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.  

   – For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details for the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

1. Report the Issue:

   – If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

   – Provide your order number, photos of the damaged/defective item, and a detailed description of the issue.  

2. Resolution:

   – We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
